To book under Caroline Evans’ booth reservation, you must agree to the following terms:

Your full booth payment and all required documentation/licensing are due the day before we make the full booth payment to the convention. This date will be given to you ahead of time. If documents and payment are not received by the deadline, you will not be added to the booth reservation.
You can pay your balance in multiple payments prior to the due date, but the full balance is still due the day before our payment date.
Your payment is non-refundable, including if after payment you do not attend the convention. (If a partial payment has been received, and the due date passes, your partial payment will be refunded however you will not be added to the reservation.)
Your payment is valid only for the specific convention you’re attending. In case of inability to attend, it cannot be transferred to another event.
Your payment(s) indicate that you agree to these terms.

Payment can be made by the following options:

PayPal: Send payment to TheTatuGirl@gmail.com, enter artist name in the Add A Note section. Use “send to friends and family” option when sending.
CashApp: Send payment to $RadiantEnergyLLC
Venmo: Send payment to RadiantEnergyLLC and indicate your artist. If Venmo asks for four digits of phone number, use 8469.
